Your advantage is: We are basically a small Innovation Studio and therefore very agile and flexible in our thinking and doing. Oliver and Florian – us, the two founders – are your personal contacts. Just give us a call, we can advise you from 15 minutes on questions concerning your daily business practice. For medium and large assignments we work with network partners and find the right people with exactly the right skills for the project. We can work with you on many things: when it comes to the innovation of your business model, communication and financial planning.

From many years of professional experience, Oliver knows both worlds from the inside: the world of start-ups and the world of consulting. Florian has years of experience in communications. We founded our Innovation Studio because we want to do what we love: creating something new, bringing meaningful things to success, supporting companies in reaching many people and conquering the market with sustainable innovations. To achieve these goals, we meet with interesting people every day to exchange and pass on experience and knowledge. For the foundation of our own company, we went through the whole innovation process as consultants for business model innovation in our own cause. Oliver has worked as a strategic business partner in previous senior positions and provided decision support to C level leadership teams. He is experienced in business model innovation in the tech environment and US venture capital. Florian has extensive experience in leading through creative processes and in project management. Experience is a great thing to have and certainly important. At least as important is the joy of creation, entrepreneurial energy and the motivation for deep new thinking.

Probably not. That’s good news for you! We want to help you break the logic of your industry and redesign it. We specialize in greenfield thinking; in all the things that don’t exist yet – and how to achieve them with the resources available. If there are questions and aspects that require industry knowledge, our network partners bring this expertise to the table.

Not on our own. We can be your sparring partner for product innovation. Or put together a team of product innovators who can, for example, help make your products even more sustainable. We can help develop and validate benefit promises. For your new products, we can build the appropriate new business models and advise you on all aspects of your organization.

We do not have an answer for everything. However, we have received feedback that we are able to ask the questions and contribute the thoughts that lead to completely new ways. We are very open in our thinking and have creative dialogues with each other every day. We bring the time and energy to think up something new and, best of all, something meaningful for the world and to support it in its entrepreneurial implementation.

Yes, and several of them. Support for our consulting means: You will be reimbursed for a large part of the costs of our consulting. For example: - BAFA - Potenzialberatung in Berlin Depending on the region and company phase, BAFA covers up to 90% of our consulting fees (up to defined maximum amounts). The “Potenzialberatung” in Berlin is available for companies in the manufacturing industry, handicraft businesses, companies in the digital economy and production-related service companies. If you are one of them, we would be happy to explain how the application works. If it is approved, you will receive 50% of our consulting costs (up to a maximum of 16,000 €). There are other such subsidy programs also in other cities. Just talk to us!

Yes, only sustainability makes sense. We cannot rethink and develop business models without considering sustainability at its core. How future-proof companies are depends on sustainability simply because of their economic viability: people increasingly prefer ecological and fairly produced products and services. And because new and future legislation not only promotes sustainability, but increasingly demands it. Regardless of this, we don’t want to further destabilize our ecosystems and livelihoods. Through our innovation work we want to contribute to leaving behind a better planet. That is why we see the future in the Circular Economy. Circular Business Models combine economic viability with ecological compatibility and social value added. Of course, such major changes cannot be achieved overnight. We therefore accompany companies step by step on the transformation towards sustainable business models.
