We are Oliver Radtke and Florian Stenschke, the founding partners of Chaos & Struktur. With our innovation studio, we are making our dream come true of working with a purpose as sustainable entrepreneurs. We have been friends for over 20 years and complement each other in the triad of business, creativity and technology. Oliver is a creative mind and master of business administration at the same time. He knows both worlds from the inside: start-ups and consulting. Auditing and tax consulting are his professional roots. Then business model development, company building and management of innovative tech start-ups became his passion. As Finance Director and Managing Director of NewStore (founded by e-commerce pioneer Stephan Schambach in Boston and Berlin), he helped shape the company’s development from the very beginning and modelled it in the background. He knows what scaling in early-stage companies needs and means. In situations with a lot of pressure and little tolerance for mistakes, he trusts his entrepreneurial gut feeling. Besides entrepreneurship, Oliver is passionate about design, architecture and street art. Already as a child he was a fan of BVB 09, and today he reads the BVB annual report in 90 minutes as well as those of major technology companies and innovative sport brands. Oliver is the economic head of Chaos & Struktur and internationally LinkedIn as you can see – and are cordially invited to connect as well!

Florian has worked across industries as a language and communication expert, creative mind, musician, project manager, copywriter, inventor of words and workshop leader. He loves to create something new out of improvisation and interaction with others – and from the interplay of chaos and structure. Florian has coordinated and co-developed international web projects, even for large organizations. For years he was Head of IT of a Swiss SME. Wanderlust, elective and host families led his life across three continents through even more cultural spheres. Since his youth, Florian has been composing music and performing on special occasions in beautiful places. He is co-inventor of the Chaos & Struktur innovation studio, interested in the natural sciences from micro- to macrocosm and enjoys interdisciplinary and cultural travelings. 30 words in a foreign language and pantomime are enough for him to discuss neurophilosophical topics late at night at a hostel in Lisbon. Florian has just moved to LinkedIn and is always happy to meet great people.

We regularly work together with professionally excellent and fantastic people. From our pool of network partners we can put together agile project teams suitable for almost any context, add missing skills, orchestrate smoothly and lead successfully to the result: in the form of prototypes and mature digital products, apps, websites and almost everything else around them. From our network we offer and coordinate for example UI/UX design, software development, system architecture, website programming for backend and frontend, visual communication and graphic design. Our technology partners provide us with analytical tools with their personal and artfully programmed artificial intelligence, such as for deep data mining, data quality improvements, customer value calculations and segmentation forecasts, purchase probability calculations and much more.
