Method for the new and further development of business models
The Business Model Canvas is a method developed by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur to systematically create and visualize business models. In our Chaos & Struktur Innovation Studio, we use this method for the new and further development of business models and supplement it with other elements that play a role in the area of Circular Economy. The Business Model Canvas offers a structured process of development. It allows the comparison of different variants of business models with one other. The Canvas can help to design all essential elements of a business model into a scalable system. For reading we recommend the book “Business Model Generation” by Osterwalder and Pigneur.
