Use existing offers and combine them to create value
Prof. Dr. Günter Faltin (founder of Teekampagne) demonstrates with his components approach that creative entrepreneurs don’t have to be able to do everything themselves – and certainly not do everything themselves. It can be perfectly sufficient to use already existing offerings and turn them into components of one’s own business model. That special combination of components creates added value for customers.
